Despite 1996 being Tony Gwynn’s most injury-ridden season, baseball fans still voted the Padres outfielder to the All-Star Game. His injuries forced him to sit out the game, but to mark the occasion of his twelfth All Star appointment, Gwynn was awarded this players ring. The ring features a CZ atop a red stone surrounded by "1996 BASEBALL ALL STAR” in raised letters. The National League logo is on the left shank with “PHILLIES ALL STAR GAME” on the right. The inside of the size 9 ring is stamped with “#19 T. GWYNN” and "Balfour Auralite". Includes LOA from Alicia Gwynn.
