Complete set of scorecards to all 7 games of the 1972 World Series between the Cincinnati Reds and Oakland Athletics belonging to long time A's broadcaster Monte Moore. 1972 would see the A's beat the "Big Red Machine" Reds to win their first World Series since 1930 and begin a run of three in a row. Scorecards are in great condition, beautifully scored and loaded with information about each game. Moore has signed each scorecard in perfect 9/10 looking black ink.

Monte Moore was the primary voice of the A's, beginning in 1962 while the team was still in Kansas City thru 1992 in Oakland, with time away from 1981 thru 1988. In the late 1970's and early 1980's he did work on both the NBC Saturday and USA Thursday Night Television Games of the Week. With the A's he did both radio and television over his many years with the team. During the 1972 World Series he worked Games 3-4-5 on National Television and Games 1-2 and 6-7 on National Radio.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
