Large 14" by 22" broadside poster advertising an upcoming June 1, 1933 exhibition game between the famous House of David traveling team and the home town Mohawk Giants of Schenectady New York. The upper half of the poster features a large team photo of the House of David team in uniform. The House of David team always performed before large crowds and was well known for having every member sport a beard while the Mohawk Giants were a very prominent and successful African-American team from the area. Poster has been glued to a thicker piece of cardboard. There is some light soiling to front surface and creasing along both sides. Corners have four large tack holes with each having some rust residue. All things considered, still a great looking display piece.
