This is an important artifact even beyond its obvious connection to the NBA Hall of Famer; it's also Chris Mullin's fifth and final NBA All-Star Game appearance, made bittersweet only by his inability to play because of an injury. He was never replaced on the roster. The Size 13 Celestrium ring, made by Balfour has a rectangular, sapphire-colored stone with a silver basketball on top, along with "NBA" and "All Star" in raised letters top and below. The All-Star Game logo and "1993" appear on one shank, with Mullin's name and the iconic NBA logo (with red and blue highlights) on the other. The inside band of the ring has engravings indicating Balfour and Celestrium. Ring and attractive 2 1/2-inch-square wood presentation box with intricate All-Star Game logo carving on the top and blue felt interior appear to be in as-issued and problem-free condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Chris Mullin.
