This 2-inch tie clasp was awarded to Chris Mullin during his senior year at St. John's for recognition as the John Wooden Award Winner as the Outstanding College Basketball Player for 1985. Aurguably one of the most prestigious awards in collegiate basketball, the tie clasp features a 1-inch in diameter oval attached to the back piece, with the Los Angeles Athletic Club seal and the words "John r. Wooden Trophy" at the bottom. The clasp appears to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition and comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Chris Mullin.
