One of the more unusual presentation pieces from the storied history of the All-Star Game is this combination clock and barometer designed to look like a ship's helm side by side that was presented to American League coach Bill Dickey. The two "wheels" are adjoined on a heavy metal base affixed to a 9-by-3-inch wooden base. Engraved at the center of the stand is: All-Star Game, Chicago, July 11, 1950, William Dickey. Both elements appear to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition and appear to be in running order, though the clock presumably needs a battery. The wood base just a bit of the expected scratches or scuffing, though hardly compromising the overall presentation. Comes with a Letter of Authenticty from the Dickey Family.
