Very desirable Babe Ruth Signed Limited Edition copy of his 1928 book, "Babe Ruth's Own Book of Baseball". Only 1,000 copies of this very limited special signed edition were issued with this being #106. Ruth has signed on the page containing the copy number near the top center in very strong 8-9/10 looking vintage black ink. Book exhibits quite a bit of wear, with soiling, staining, and creasing on some pages. Spine still remains firm. About 1/4" by 1" strip missing at top left spine cover. Consignor has had a magnificent custom made book holder to store the rare volume, complete with beautiful gold embossed lettering on both the cover and the spine.
Includes a full LOA from PSA/DNA (Autograph Grade NM-MT PSA/DNA 8).
