This 1 3/8-inch-square 14K gold pendant has "ABA All Star MVP 1975 in relief at the center of the face, with "Freddie Lewis" top and bottom in relief all-caps lettering and 10 rea1 diamonds on the sides, five on each. The ring and original plastic presentation box appear to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition; comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Freddie Lewis.
