EX PSA 5 William J. Sweeney (Broadleaf ad back), very scarce card from the 1912 T207 Brown Background tobacco issue. Outstanding color tint with strong picture image. EX corners. Clean both front and back. 50/50 side to side and about 65/35 top to bottom. With just 12 cards total being graded, this is 1 of only 2 EX PSA 5's with just 1 PSA 8 rated higher.
