Presented here is a gorgeous Charles Fazzino hand-painted
baseball signed by the late, great Yogi Berra. His autograph on the sweet spot
comes in 8/10 blue ballpoint surrounded by a blue glittered cloud. The left
panel (left of sweet spot, that is) features an older Berra—his face resting on
both hands filled with a ring on every finger—with “Ring Leader” and “Most
World Series Rings of Any Player” above a large, red glittered “10.” The right
panel has a nice 1925-1915 tribute to No. 8, with his 1972 Hall of Fame
induction, 18 All-Star games, three MVP awards and one of his most famous
Yogi-isms, “It Ain’t Over Till It’s Over.” The top panel has a 3-dimensional
New York Yankees logo at the base of Berra’s famed jersey with “8” glistening in shiny
blue. The bottom panel depicts the legendary catcher in the crouch with “It’s Déjà
Vu All Over Again” along the along the ball stitching. The famed 3-D pop artist
has signed the opposite side of the ball (where the brand label would be) in
black pen, with “2017 We Will Miss You” inscribed. This special 1-of-1 piece of
baseball artwork comes in Mint, nearly pristine overall condition.
