One of the most recognizable moments in baseball history is commemorated here in a distinctive 16-by-20-inch bronze sepia-toned photograph that is attractively matted in a textured light-gray mat and two-inch brown frame that expands the overall dimensions to 23-by-27 inches. Willie May's legendary 1954 World Series over-the-shoulder grab of Vic Wertz's rocket is commemorated here with the Mays's autograph stacked atop three lines of inscriptions noting "The Catch, 1954 N.L. MVP and 1954 World Series Champs," all in bold silver Sharpie 9/10. An otherwise immaculate presentation is marred only by a slight, 1.5-inch scratch on the brown frame that is essentially Ex-Mt. An edition number of 100/154 appears in matching silver Sharpie in the lower-right corner; the Steiner hologram appears in the lower-left corner.
