Offered is a pair of Mays' signed, game worn pants. The cream-colored flannel pants feature black-and-orange, tri-striped piping down the outer sides of the legs. This zippered garment bears an original interior button atop the zipper and its waist has seven belt hoops. Two back pockets retain their original buttons. Situated within the waistline is a "W.A. Goodman & Sons" tag and an accompanying strip tag denoting "Mays 32-1/2/25 1969" chain-stitched in black cursive. Faint writing in the waist reads "Phillips 17" indicating post-Mays use. The leg-bottom openings have retained their full elasticity. The item shows light to moderate wear and is graced upon the left leg by Mays' blue-marker signature (grading "9"). A belt that appears to be original to the pants remains in accompaniment.
