June 27, 1941 TLS on American League Professional Base Ball Clubs letterhead signed by President William Harridge giving the uniform numbers to be used in the upcoming 1941 All-Star game. Letter was sent to the Vice-President Walter Briggs Jr. of the Detroit Tigers and bears his stamp as received on June 28. Great condition letter is framed with a modern copy of an 8" by 10" black and white photo of Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio together at that game. Size of framed piece 23" by 14 1/4".
