Warren Moon was presented with this 8 1/2-inch in diameter hexagon-shaped glass vase that was produced in conjunction with Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston on January 26, 2004. Forty-one of the greatest athletes from an eclectic range of sports were honored at the ceremony, along with the 41st President, George Bush. The vase, in essentially as issued and problem-free condition, is about 7 1/2 inches tall; the front panel of the six sides has engraved headings noting the Super Bowl, Houston's 41 Greatest Sports Legends, the date and the wording "Recognized by the 41st President of the United States, George Bush." The two flanking sides have the engraved names of the athletes, 21 on the right side and 20 on the left, a glittering array that includes - along with Moon - names like Nolan Ryan, Earl Campbell, A.J. Foyt, George Foreman, Elvin Hayes Carl Lewis, Moses Malone, Calvin Murphy, Hakeem Olajuwon, Andy Pettitte, and Mary Lou Retton, to name a few.
