One of the longest tenured and most successful managers in Major League history, Walt Alston won the World Series four times with the Dodgers. Offered here are (7) All-Star programs (all NM) from 1954, 1956, (2) 1957, (2) 1959 and 1966. Also (2) congratulatory letters from Warren Giles (signed in black ink) and Walter O’Malley (signed in blue ink) with nice content acknowledging Alston leading NL All-Star teams to victory. Both letters are in NM/MINT condition as well as both signatures. And (2) 1954 All-Star original baseball shaped acknowledgements form Wilson Sporting Goods to Alston regarding his selection as All-Star manager.
