When it comes to accumulating passing yards, this trio of NFL quarterbacks knows how to find their receivers. Although just one Super Bowl winning quarterback is included in the threesome, Peyton Manning, the three
featured signal-callers in this lot have all impressed football fans for years.
This lot includes three signed and/or inscribed Reebok NFL jerseys from Manning as well as the recently retired Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys and the still going strong Philip Rivers of the once San Diego and now L.A. Chargers.
Manning’s 100% polyester white Reebok Indianapolis Colts jersey (size 52) has been signed and inscribed on the back by the future Hall of Famer across the blue numeral “1” of his iconic uniform number “18.” He signed it in silver and added the inscription “SB XLI MVP.” Romo’s Cowboys jersey (size 48) is a “Gridiron Classic Throwback” version from Reebok and has been signed by the former Dallas fan favorite across the number “9” on the back of the jersey in black fine-tip marker. Romo has added his uniform number “9” beneath his signature and the following inscription, which commemorates one of his better days out on the gridiron: “5 TDS 11-23-06.”
The game in question was a 38-10 Dallas victory over the visiting Tampa Bay Buccaneers in which Romo passed for 306 yards. The third jersey, a size 50 Reebok dark blue San Diego Chargers variation, was signed on the back by River across the white number “7” as part of his iconic uniform number “17.” The perennial 4,000-yard passer signed his name in black marker.
