This 2001 MLB All-Star Game ring was presented to Tony Gwynn, who was making his final appearance in the Mid-Summer Classic, appearing at the game to receive, along with Cal Ripken, the Commissioner’s Historic Achievement Award. Gwynn’s final regular appearance as an All-Star had come two years earlier in his 15th such honor. Ring has a CZ diamond on the face atop a green stone, surrounded by “All-Star 1993" in raised lettering and three sculpted stars on each side. The All-Star Game logo is on one shank in a sculpted figural; the other has the National League emblem logo in the same fashion. Inside of the band is stamped Jostens Auralite. Ring size 9 ¼. Weight 24 grams. Comes in a black felt jewelry box. The ring has been professionally cleaned, but there is still some toning/tarnishing. The images included are pre-cleaning. Overall, presents in Near Mint condition.

Includes Letter of Authenticity from the Gwynn Family.
