On July 12, 1994, San Diego Padres right fielder Tony Gwynn played in his 10th MLB All-Star Game and helped the N.L. All-Stars post an 8-7 victory over their A.L. counterparts. The Mid-Summer Classic was played that year at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pa. This lot includes a an official 1994 All-Star Game baseball signed in blue ink by 30 members of the National League team including manager Jim Fregosi across the sweet spot. Other notable signatures include All-Star Game MVP Fred McGriff, Barry Bonds, Ozzie Smith, Moises Alou, Matt Williams, Gregg Jefferies, Mariano Duncan, Craig Biggio and Gwynn.
