On January 7 1945 from Orlando Florida Hall of Famer Joe Tinker hand wrote this letter in dark black ink to a fan. A notation beneath his signature reads "Cubs". All writing including signature rate 9/10 with only a slight smudge to one word. Letter has typical folds otherwise EX-MT. LOA from PSA/DNA.
