1981 Roberto Clemente Award given to Los Angeles Dodger Steve Garvey as the Major League Baseball player who "best exemplifies the game of baseball, sportsmanship, community involvement and the individuals contribution to his team". 10" trophy has small plate on front that reads "The Roberto Clemente Award Awarded to The Player Who Best Exemplifies The Game Of Baseball On And Off The Field Steve Garvey 1981". Trophy in nice condition but the band circling the baseball at center is a little loose and band toward one side.
