1) October 24, 1938 LIFE magazine with Sid Luckman on the cover signed and inscribed by the Chicago Bear Hall of Fame quarterback. Signed in 7/10 black ink "To Roy with best wishes to one of the dearest friends and grandest fellows I know Sid Luckman". Magazine has been framed and matted to a size of 16 1/4" by 19". Magazine appears about VG condition with some creasing and light fading.
2) Beautiful 1940's, 11" by 14" black & white photo of Luckman wearing a Bears jacket while throwing the ball. Large vintage black ink "with best wishes Sincerely, Sid Luckman" in bold 9-10/10 quality. "1946 Bears" in blue ink written by another hand on back. Some creases with damage at 3 of the corners. However, a good framing job will make this a very attractive display piece.
