In 1994, the NFL celebrated its 75th Anniversary. This lot features three San Diego Chargers game ready jerseys from that commemorative season, one in which the Chargers won the AFC Championship Game but lost in the Super Bowl. The three Chargers players include former All-Pro safety Rodney Harrison; David Griggs, a linebacker who was killed in an automobile accident in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1995; and Courtney Hall, a center/guard who played with the team from 1989 to 1996.

The three offered game ready jersey are powder blue versions that each boast the “NFL 75” embroidered anniversary patch on the left chest. They are all Russell Athletic 100% nylon mesh jerseys with the players’ heat-pressed uniform numbers in white on the front and back: 37 (Harrison); 92 (Griggs); and 53 (Hall). Proper Russell Athletic tagging appears on the left front tail of each jersey (Harrison, 48; Griggs, 50; and Hall, 48). Flag tags indicating “100% NYLON” and “EXTRA BODY LENGTH” are attached to each of the respective jerseys' manufacturer’s tag.

Includes Letter of Provenance form the San Diego Hall of Champions.
