Actual game used baseball from the October 7, 1972 American League Championship game between the Oakland Athletics and Detroit Tigers in which Hall of Fame pitcher Rollie Fingers recorded his first post season victory. Fingers pitched the last 3 innings as Oakland scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 11th to erase the run Fingers allowed in the top of the inning to win the game 3-2. Rollie has signed the baseball in perfect looking 9-10/10 dark blue ink on the sweet spot and inscribed the following "Oct. 7, 72 First Win Playoffs 3-2 over Detroit Game #1". OAL(Cronin) ball displays good game use.

LOA from Rollie Fingers.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
