Magnificent Roger Maris 8 x 10 signed full color portrait of the New York Yankee fan favorite right fielder with bat on the shoulder pose. Maris has signed in perfect 10/10 looking blue felt tip pen. The photo has been mounted with Yankee pinstripe matting inside a blue frame. Below the picture is a plaque with the inscription:
"Roger Maris 1934-1985, New York Yankees 1960-1966, Career home runs - 275, Broke Babe Ruth's 1927 home run record of 60 on October 1, 1961 by hitting his 61st home run in the last game of the season against the Boston Red Sox, American League Most Valuable Player 1960-1961".
