Pair of awards given to Boston Celtic coach Red Auerbach by The Sports Museum in 2003.
1) Beautiful shooting star designed trophy has "The Sports Museum Lifetime Achievement engraved at top and "The Tradition Red Auerbach June 12th, 2003" on the base. 7.6 pound marble trophy stands 13" tall. Great overall condition with a tiny piece of top tip missing.
2) 3" in diameter medallion with "The Sports Museum Honors Red Auerbach June 12, 2003 The Tradition" on front and "The Tradition Sports Museum" on back. Perfect condition.
Includes a letter of provenance from the Auerbach estate.
