A three-page deferred compensation agreement between Red Auerbach and the Boston Celtics executed on October 17, 1974 and signed by Auerbach and Celtics Chairman of The Board Robert Schmertz. 3.) A one-page rider for an automobile allowance for Auerbach "...Cadillac or comparable model" dated October 18, 1974 signed by Chairman of The Board Robert Schmertz and notated "Accepted by Red Auerbach Jan 1, 1975". The documents remain in EX-MT condition overall with all signatures in bold blue ink rating 9 out of 10. Includes a letter of provenance from the Auerbach estate. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
