The makers of PF Flyers sneakers brought out all the baseball stars of the 1950s in this ad campaign to promote their sponsored TV program. Baseball greats like Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Roy Campanella, Warren Spahn, and more team up on this colorful advertising sign. The headshots of the stars are placed against a white backdrop, with some baseball equipment in the middle. Today this sign is extremely hard to find in any condition, and this is a particularly nice example. So far as our consigner and SCP are aware, this is the only one in existence. Measuring 19x26" this display shows light edge wear, but virtually no other imperfections. The colors remain clean and bright and are further enhanced by the tasteful professional matting and frame with protective UV glass and presents in Excellent condition and is likely better than any other example of this highly enjoyable piece.
