The "Shot Heard Around the World" was one of the most memorable moments in baseball history, catapulting the New York Giants into the World Series while leaving the Brooklyn Dodgers wondering what went wrong. Presented are two signed balls pertaining to that historic day in 1951. A single-signed Ralph Branca baseball and a single signed Bobby Thomson baseball are included. Each has been signed on the sweet spot in blue ballpoint pen and Branca included "The Shot Heard Around the World Oct. 3, 1951" beneath his signature.
