Presented here are a legendary Boston Celtics collection of glass candy dishes commemorating six different Boston Celtics World Championship seasons. Included are two from 1959-60, then one each from 1962-63, 1963-64, 1964-65, 1967-68 and 1968-69. Each of these 9" by 7" glass dishes features the facsimile signatures of every player on each respective team, as well as Auerbach among their design elements.
These were gifted by Red Auerbach to a close friend at the time during that reign of NBA titles and have been safely stored away in an attic until now. A silver cup with the inscription "From Red Auerbach" is also included with this Lot. NM-MT condition.
