It took the eighth-longest field goal in NFL history to rain on Peyton Mannings parade on this day, October 3, 2010, as the Jacksonsville Jaguars squeaked past Indianapolis, 31-28, on a 59-yard field goal by Josh Scobee, ruining Manning's 33 of 46 passing day that included 352 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The white mesh road jersey shows light game use from the Colt's HOF signal caller; inside the rear collar is a strip tag with “10-50." All elements of the jersey appear to be problem-free and largely as-issued; the Reebok Equipment tagging appears on the lower-left front tail and a manufacturer’s tag noting Berlin, Wis. appears inside. Manning's No. 18 appears on the front, back and on both shoulders in blue tackle twill; "Manning" appears across the back also in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. The sleeves have the blue and white knitted shoulders the Reebok logo patch on each above Manning's No. 18. At the V-neck is the “NFL Equipment” logo shield with adjacent pink “Captain's” embroidered patch, denoting the game taking place during the NFL's Breast Cancer Awareness program in October. Manning has signed in black Sharpie near the right shoulder pad, adding his uniform No. 18 inscription.

There is a Certificate of Authenticity from the National Football League and PSA/DNA.
