1948 - Unidentified baseball signed by 27 members of the 1948 San Francisco Seals. In 1948 the Seals finished 2nd again with 112 victories to Casey Stengel's Oakland Oaks famed "9 old men". Players are: O'Doul(SS), Young, Brewer, Brovia, Dempsey, Drilling, Gables, Guintini, Howell, Lajeskie, Luby, Mackiewicz, Melton, Orteig, Perez, Restelli, Soriano, Trower, Werle, Woodling, 7 unidentified due to lightness of signature/handwriting. Evenly soiled ball with 3-5/10 blue ink signatures. "Frisco 1948" in black ink by another hand written on sweet spot.
