In 1955 the Brooklyn Dodgers not only won the National League pennant, but 'Dem Bums finally went on to beat their crosstown pinstriped rivals from the Bronx in the World Series. It was one of the more memorable seasons and Fall Classics in baseball history, with the "Boys of Summer" winning an epic seven-game series and capturing the hearts of baseball lovers everywhere.

Presented here is a pair of full tickets from Game 6 at Yankee Stadium. Hall of Fame hurler Whitey Ford, who went eight strong for the win in Game 2, completed a 4-hitter in this one, striking out eight and giving up just one earned run. Bill Skowron's three-run blast in the first inning was all he needed as the Yanks prevailed 5-1 to push the series to seven games. Brooklyn fans were likely thinking, "Here we go again," but this series would turn out differently.

The two colorful tickets, each with the iconic Yankees logo, conjure up memories of those epic battles between a slew of legendary Hall of Famers on the hallowed grounds of Ebbets Field and Yankee Stadium. Only 8 full tickets from Game Six have ever been authenticated by PSA. Thus, both of these are in extremely rare company.
