Two full unused tickets from games 1 of the 1938 World Series and game 3 of the 1941 World Series are offered here. Game 1 was played at Wrigley field and would be the first of only 4 games in the series as the Yankees continued to uphold the curse on the Cubbies. Game 3 of the 1941 series took place at Ebbets Field in Brooklyn. The Yankees would also go onto to defeat the Giants in 5 games.
The 1938 ticket presents in EX-MT condition and contains perfect color and clarity. The corners are VG and the perforation is perfectly in tact. The 1941 ticket presents in VG condition and contains vibrant yellow color with even more colorful text printed throughout. There is a "Void" hole punch on either side of the ticket. The perforation is fully in tact on this example as well. One crease is visible on the back over the perforation but nothing is coming loose. Both great candidates for grading if you choose to do so.
