To mark the 75th anniversary of the NCAA’s “March Madness” Tournament, 15 former stars of the event were chosen to form an all-time team. Since Oscar Robertson had led his University of Cincinnati Bearcats to two Final Four appearances, it was only natural that he was selected alongside the likes of Larry Bird, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Michael Jordan and Jerry West. To mark his selection to the elite fifteen, Robertson was presented with this 12” tall trophy. Weighing eight pounds, the solid silver-plated award features the 75th Anniversary logo with “OSCAR ROBERTSON CINCINNATI” engraved on its robust circular (5") marble base. The piece show just light wear from age and displays magnificently. Includes LOA from Oscar Robertson.

Oscar will donate a portion of his auction proceeds to the Jerome Lipper Multiple Myeloma Center and LeBow Institute for Myeloma Therapeutics at Dana Farber. This renowned cancer treatment center “provides comprehensive care to patients with multiple myeloma, including promising new therapies through clinical trials rooted in an approach that brings laboratory discoveries quickly to the clinical setting (https://www.dana-farber.org/multiple-myeloma-program).
