ADDENDUM: Two pamphlets not pictured have been authenticated and graded PSA/DNA GEM-MT 10, but due to long delays in the encapsulation process for PSA/DNA orders, we may not be able to post images of the finished products in their respective holders before the auction closes on April 29th.
The Greatest of All Time was a deeply spiritual man as we all know. This lot offers ten (10) Muhammad Ali boldly autographed Institute of Islamic Information & Education (III&E) pamphlets. The 3.5" x 5"green pamphlets are all identical with "You Love Freedom Don't You?" printed on the front. Inside are several short proverbs presented as questions, starting with "Freedom without responsibility is a blessing. Don't you agree?" followed by "Everything goes right as long as you don't get caught. Is that freedom?" The messages get heavier and more controversial (not exacly PC enough for today's uber-sensitive society).
Ali has signed each pamphlet in 9-10/10 black Sharpie on the front. Most, if not alll, will grade Gem Mint 10 according to PSA/DNA, who screened all ten and will be slabbing two. (Considering Ali's rather pricey $100 auto rate, it was not cost-effective for our consignor to have all ten encapsulated.) We gaurantee the other eight unslabbed pamphlets to pass PSA/DNA authentication.
