He finished his prolific pugilistic career in 1980 with an overall professional record of 56-5 with 37 wins by way of knockout. Referring to himself as “The Greatest,” Ali often lived up to his own billing. Ali signed this official American League (Brown) baseball in black ink on the sweet spot.
