Michael Jordan’s decision to retire from professional basketball to pursue a career in baseball was some of the most shocking news ever witnessed in the sports world. On March 18, 1995, Michael Jordan let the world know he planned to return to basketball after a 17-month hiatus in his historic NBA career with a simple, two-word fax, “I’m back.”, Jordan wrote. The very next day, Jordan was on back on the hardwood prepared to face Reggie Miller and the Indiana Pacers at the Market Square Arena in Indianapolis. Jordan recorded 19 points, 6 assists, and 6 rebounds in his infamous No. 45 jersey, as the Bulls had retired No. 23. Offered here is a Michael Jordan autographed game ticket from March 19th, 1995, Jordan’s first game back from his 17-month retirement. The ticket comes in a Chicago Bulls colored 15” x 8” frame titled “Michael Returns” March 19, 1995. The ticket that officially started Jordan’s comeback to basketball. Includes full LOA from JSA (Cert. #: Z56493).
