NBA contract between G-F Mel Peterson and the Baltimore Bullets for the 1963-64 season, their first in Baltimore. Peterson would score 2 points in 2 games for Baltimore, his first and only season in the NBA. He would later resurface in 1967 to play 3 years in the fledgling ABA. The Bullets began as the Chicago Packers in 1961, the first modern NBA expansion team, were the Chicago Zephyrs in 1962, and moved to Baltimore for 1963. They are now the Washington Wizards. Contract is signed by Peterson, NBA President Walter Kennedy, and the President of the Bullets. Strong 9-10/10 looking vintage blue ink signatures. Contract in great shape and comes with the original Baltimore Bullets envelope it came in.
