Beautiful signed government postcard by New York Giant Hall of Fame slugger Mel Ott. Very strong 8+-9/10 vintage blue ink signature on the blank postcard back. One cent postcard is postmarked June 28, 1945. EX-MT postcard is very clean with a pencil return address. Slabbed MINT 9 by PSA/DNA.
