Without a doubt, Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. will go down as having one of the greatest boxing careers of all time. His long tenure as a professional boxer ended in 2017 with an astounding 50-0 record, but even now at 44 years old, Floyd isn’t afraid to hop back in the ring, most recently in June 2021 where he faced off against YouTuber and amateur boxer, Logan Paul.

Offered here is a blue USA tank top that Mayweather wore during the 1996 Olympics where he would go on to earn bronze that year with many believing he was robbed of a chance at gold after his controversial loss against Serarfim Todorov of Bulgaria. This size medium Adidas tank top is a blue mesh with white and red trim with the front having the Adidas vertical white stripes running from top to bottom, along with “adidas” printed in white and black on the upper right chest and the “USA BOXING” and logo printed on the upper left. The back has “USA” in large red print with white and black borders. This shirt shows light wear consistent with fight use and includes an LOA from Craig R. Hamilton where he notes "A review of videos and still photographs revealed a matching boxing shirt was worn by Floyd Mayweather, Jr. in his 1996 Olympic fights with Lorenzo Aragon and Serafim Todorov. A comparison of the shirt to still photographs and video was favorable."
