In the early 2010s, Derrick Rose was the youngest MVP ever and slated to be one of the best point guards in the NBA, but his unfortunate ACL tear in 2012 turned him into one of the biggest “what-if’s” in sports history. Fortunately in recent years, Rose has come back to the forefront, becoming one of the most crafty veterans currently in the league. Most recently, Rose along with breakout star Julius Randle led the New York Knicks to their best season in nearly a decade and a brief playoff appearance in the first round against the Atlanta Hawks.
Rose’s signature sneakers offered here were game-worn during 2019 and feature a white and coral colorway with his iconic logo brandishing the tongue and his signature molded into the inner heel. The shoes also include his birth year, rookie season, MVP season etched right above the midsole. The shoes were sourced from a reputable individual with very close ties to NBA executives and players.
