Opened in 1923, the original Yankee Stadium, known as "The House That Ruth Built", gave the New York Yankees their own venue since they had shared The Polo Grounds with the New York Giants. With Babe Ruth blasting home runs at a record pace the Bronx Bombers had no trouble filling their new home.
Artist Kinkade famously captures the facade in the outfield, the monuments in center, the triple deck stands, the Bronx skyline and the short porch in right field. Batter up for this limited edition offering!
