From one of the most infamous championships in baseball history, this World Series program was produced for a Cincinnati Reds home game in 1919 against the Chicago White Sox. The Reds won the series, but it was tainted by the "Black Sox" scandal, which saw several of members of the White Sox conspire to throw the series.

The White Sox featured the infamous Shoeless Joe Jackson, Eddie Collins, Ed Cicotte and Lefty Williams. The Reds boasted a roster that inclued future Hall of Famer Edd Roush, Heinie Groh and Slim Sallee.

Reds Manager Patrick Moran graces the program cover in his bright Reds jacket. The inside pages are in great condition and filled with vintage ads as well as the rich baseball content. This beautiful, unscored program shows very minimal wear and fading, and is a special artifact from one of the most signifcant events in baseball's long history!
