Pete is wearing a super-cool style Cincinnati Reds uniform. It is notable that in the season of this card issue Pete won his first N.L. batting title, hitting .335 and finished second to Bob Gibson in N.L. MVP voting.
'68 was a great summer to pull a Pete from a wax pack, but just as fun now to acquire a boldly colorful PSA NM 7!
