The 2000 season was the beginning of a new Lakers dynasty that very well could have extended well beyond 3 championships. With a budding super star in Kobe Bryant and a seasoned dominant big man in Shaq, this Lakers team had the cornerstones of championship pedigree written all over it. The NBA MVP, Shaquille O'Neal averaged 29.7 points, 13.6 rebounds and 3 blocks per game. Kobe led the backcourt and averaged 22.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists. The two stars' efforts would eventually culminate with the inevitable championship victory over the Indiana Pacers.  O'Neal's Finals averages were a whopping 38 points and 16.7 rebounds per game and would earn him the 2000 Finals MVP honors.

Featured here is a 2000 Los Angeles Lakers 14K Gold and diamond riddled Championship ring that was ordered by O'Neal and gifted to one of his friends from his inner circle.  The Lakers team logo sits atop a pillow of diamonds on the top of the ring.  "WORLD CHAMPIONS" is displayed on the perimeter of the face and ten total diamonds occupy both the left and right perimeter of the face. The right shank reads, "BLING BLING" and the year "2000" with a stunning diamond stone that sits above the image of a basketball hoop. The left shank features the NBA logo, along with the 67-15 Lekers regular season record and 15-8 playoff mark.  "O'NEAL" is shown at the top above the NBA logo with his, now retired number "34" below. "14K" is stamped inside the band of the size 10, 51.5 gram ring made by Henry Kay Jewelers.

Comes with a full LOA from TJ Kaye of PSA/DNA.
