Hall of famer, Frank Ramsey's 1961 Fleer Basketball card is featured here and grades PSA MINT 9. Rich blue and orange colors fill the background of the Celtics hall of famer's immaculate trading card. The corners and borders are perfect and the black and white image is clear as day. Only thing stopping this beauty from achieving GEM MINT status is the less than perfect centering right to left. As of today ther eare only twenty-three with MINT status and only one graded higher.
