The 1964 World Series featured an underdog Cardinals team that defeated the powerful Yankees team in 7 games. Bob Gibson was the MVP of the series. Featured here is a pair of press pins from both organizations in overall EX- EX MT condition. The Cardinals pin features a colorful red top border and bottom section and has a very clean overall appearance save for a rusty reverse. The famous Yankees Top Hat logo is featured in colorful red, white and blue above a gold colored yankees stadium. No signs of rust anywhwere on the Yankees pin.  Great pair of pins commemorating the 1964 World Series.
