Presented here is the one and only Super Bowl ring awarded to Rod Woodson during his Hall of Fame career. Blessed with Olympic-caliber speed and uncanny anticipation, Woodson built a reputation as one of the most feared corners to ever step on the field during his ten years (1987-96) with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Named Defensive Player of the Year in 1993, Rod made the Pro Bowl 11 times in his 17 seasons, a record for any defensive back. He holds the NFL record for interception returns for touchdowns (12) and his 71 career picks rank third in league history. The 2000 season, his third in Baltimore, was another banner year for Woodson as he anchored a dominant Ravens defense alongside linebacker Ray Lewis. Playing free safety at age 35, he snagged four interceptions, recovered three fumbles and made 70 tackles. In Super Bowl XXXV, Woodson and the Ravens stymied the New York Giants offense, holding them to just 152 total yards in a 34-7 drubbing in Tampa, FL.

The spectacular 2000 Baltimore Ravens World Champions ring is a bold "across-the-finger" style cast in 14-karat gold with approximately 200 individual diamonds weighing over three carats. Within the wide bezel on top is a brilliantly designed Ravens logo crafted in 18K yellow gold with a 14K white gold beak and ruby red eye atop a purple amethyst stone. “World” and “Champions” adorn the face in raised relief. One shank has “WOODSON” and his No. “26” along with "Set the Standard" (phrase from team’s mission statement) and the Ravens shield logo. The other shank includes the 2000 Super Bowl XXXV logo, a banner with the final score and the Lombardi trophy rising out of their home stadium in Baltimore. A banner with “INVICTUS” appears on the bottom of each shank. Inside the band is the Jostens logo and “14K” hallmarks along with a scripted “Rod Woodson.” The size 12 ring (64 g) presents shows minimal wear and presents in immaculate condition. Includes LOA from Woodson himself.
