For serious boxing fans comes this group of 13 autographed photos accompanied by a Roy Harris autographed program and a Max Baer signed letter dated May 29, 1935.  The group of signed photos feature boxing legends, Jack Dempsey, Primo Carnera, Joe Louis, Max Schmeling, Billy Conn, Ingemar Johansson, Jersey Joe Walcott, Jimmy Ellis, Bob Foster, Joe Frazier (2) and Ken Norton (2). All flats measure 8 x 10 and are black and white with the exception of a color photo of Johansson and one of Joe Frazier.  Each autograph ranges from 7-8/10 in our opinion.

The colorful Patterson vs Harris program presents NM-MINT with Harris' 8-9/10 auto in black pen above his photo. The Heavyweight program featured the championship bout from August 18, 1958 at Wrigley Field in Los Angeles, California. Patterson would go on to win the bloody battle in the 12th round after Harris' trainer, Bill Gore threw in the towel.

The interesting typed note on "The Berkely-Carteret Asbury Park, NJ" letterhead is signed by Max Baer on May 29, 1935. The yellowed and soiled paper does not intrude the 9-10/10 Baer auto in black fountain pen.  Nor does it take away from the clarity of the typed message: "Miss Shirly Spencer, Daily News New York City. Dear Miss Spencer: How's for giving my signature, my handwriting a reading? But don't be too rough on me. I can't take it any more. Sincerely, Max Baer"

All autographs have been pre-certified by Beckett authentication services.
