Two full encapsulated and graded tickets from the 1985 World Series. Game 1 in "Royals Stadium" in Kansas City (Royals 1, Cardinals 3) and Game 4 in "Busch Stadium" in St Louis (Cardinals 3, Royals 0). The series would last all seven games with the underdog Royals finishing on top for their first world title in franchise history. Bret Saberhagen would win the MVP only allowing a single run on both of his starts.Known as the "I-70" or the "Show-Me" series it was not with out controversy in game 6 umpire Don Denkinger called Jorge Orta safe on a close play at first base which opened the door for the Royals to rally and win the game extending the series to a game seven.
